The Matthew Thibedeau Memorial Performance Scholarship was established in memory of Matthew Thibedeau, Trollwood alumni and instructor, and international professional performer who passed away in 2009 from Cystic Fibrosis. This scholarship fund is dedicated to helping talented young people in our community take the steps to achieve their dreams of a career in the performing arts, by providing support for their training at Trollwood Performing Arts School.
This annual scholarship is awarded to students who exemplifies Matthew’s drive to develop their skills in the arts, have an unflagging passion to perform, and have a strong desire to be a positive role model for others. Congratulations to both Parker Degerness and Olivia Coon for receiving this distinguished honor for 2021!
