Refund Policy
Trollwood planning, hiring, purchasing, and related expenses are directly determined by the number of enrollments. Therefore, no refunds will be made for early withdrawals, student program cancellations, student-initiated course(s) cancellation, or expulsion for disciplinary reasons, except as follows:
- If a student must withdraw early because of a documented family emergency, a request for a refund (partial or full) may be considered.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class or program if needed. The fee will be refunded in full if it is the student’s only registered class or program.
