Ticket Cancellation Policy – Weather-Related Interruptions
If a performance is canceled before intermission, our Box Office will reach out directly to the original ticket purchaser by email with next steps. Please check your email the following morning for details and available options.
Ticket holders will be given the opportunity to:
- Exchange tickets for another performance date, subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate reserved seating, availability is limited and some exchanges may be fulfilled as General Admission tickets.
- Convert your ticket purchase into a donation, supporting Trollwood’s mission to empower young people through the performing arts.
- If you are unable to return to another performance, our Box Office will work with you to refund your ticket purchase.

The Bluestem Amphitheater is going to be in “deep, deep, deep, deep snow” this summer as we take audiences to the magical land of Arendelle for our 2026 Mainstage Musical, Disney’s Frozen, directed by Trollwood alumna and Broadway star Becky Gulsvig!
Join us for the musical phenomenon, based on the Award-winning animated feature film, that has taken the world by storm. Disney’s Frozen features a beloved cast of characters and includes the film’s beloved songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus new music written exclusively for the stage. Full of magic, humor, and a stunning musical score, Frozen is a powerful tale of sisterhood, acceptance, and finding the real meaning of true love. Trollwood’s production of Disney’s Frozen is proudly sponsored by Bell Bank.
Performance dates of Disney’s Frozen are set for July 20-25 and July 28-August 1 at Bluestem Center for the Arts, home of Trollwood Performing Arts School, 801 50th Avenue South, Moorhead, Minn. Discounted group ticket sales for the purchase of 10 or more tickets on a single performance night are now open. Regular ticket sales and the Box Office will open on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Synopsis from Theatrical Rights Worldwide: The Addams Family, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

In the event of a canceled show due to weather or other circumstances, the following policies apply.
Refund & Exchanges
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will take place.
Inclement Weather
- A show cancellation can occur at any point leading up to a performance. Our team is constantly reviewing the weather to ensure that all performers, audience members, volunteers, and staff are safe. The weather constantly is unpredictable and can change at a moment’s notice – never assume a cancellation until announced. Be sure to watch for updates from the ticket holder’s email.
- At first sight of lightning, the performance will be re-evaluated and canceled.
- If the show is canceled leading up to, or during the first act, rain vouchers will be issued and rebookings will be allowed for another performance.
- If the show is canceled after the first act has completed or during intermission, there will be no rebookings or rain vouchers issued.
Rebookings
- In the event of a canceled show due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, rebookings will occur through an online form sent to the ticket holder’s email address to reschedule for another performance.
- Please note in the unfortunate event of these cancellations, our volume of calls and emails is higher and may take longer to process and respond. Please reach out to trollwood@fargo.k12.nd.us and we will respond as soon as possible.

FREE Shuttle to and from Mainstage Musical
FREE shuttles will be offered for all productions of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella thanks to a partnership with the City of Moorhead MATBUS system. Shuttle parking and pickup will be located at the Azool Hornbacher’s parking lot in Moorhead before and after shows. All MATBUS riders are required to wear masks. If you do not have a mask available, MATBUS will provide one for you.

ABOUT RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN’S CINDERELLA
Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the new Broadway adaptation of the classic musical. This contemporary take on the classic tale features Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside a hilarious and romantic libretto by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane as well as some new characters, and surprising twists.
Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA was twice re-made, first in 1965 for Lesley Ann Warren and then again in 1997 featuring Brandy and Whitney Houston.
