I give permission for my student/myself to be transported to official off-campus Trollwood activities such as inclement weather relocation, field trips, and/or promotional performances. I understand, acknowledge and agree that:
The Fargo Public School District will provide for reasonable supervision of students within its care and control. The supervision will be consistent with the ages of the students. However, the District is not an insurer of the safety of the students nor can it supervise all movements of all students at all times.
There are some instances where students will use their own transportation for Trollwood activities. There are certain risks inherent in travel. The District does not carry insurance coverage for accidents occurring while students are driving in personal vehicles. I understand that if my student, or myself, is injured in a motor vehicle accident while being transported in a vehicle not owned by the District, the District will not be responsible for any injuries or damages that result.
Parent/guardian and student will carefully read all Trollwood policies and procedures on website. No registration will be processed without a signature, accompanying registration fee payment, and payment option selection. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that: (1) I have read and agree to abide by all Trollwood Policies and Procedures. (2) I agree to pay all registration, program, and other applicable fees in full (unless funded through scholarship and/or financial aid).
Media Release Statement. My signature below provides consent to Trollwood for the use of media images, including but not limited to photographs, film, digital images and video, interviews, and survey responses involving my student/myself for publicity and marketing purposes for the District. These may appear in, but are not limited to, publications, presentations, advertisements, websites, or media showings of Trollwood programs and performances.

NOTE: $50 Mainstage Musical Cast Fee will be assessed. This fee helps off-set costuming costs.
NOTE: Mainstage Musical cast participants must register for 1 or more Trollwood Academy or Conservatory classes, and assist with the technical theatre needs.

Join the technical theater crew for Mamma Mia! and choose your level of commitment: engage with our build crews in June, support performances in July and August, or experience the full season by participating in both.

No experience? No problem! We welcome participants at all skill levels. The information you provide here about your experience and any previous participation in a run crew helps us with placement and scheduling. This ensures that everyone is matched to roles that suit their interests and skills, making the apprenticeship experience enriching for all involved.
Below are the available options:
Cast: Program filled on a first come, first served basis. Auditions will be held the first day to assign roles.
Tech Theatre: Build and/or paint the set, sew the costumes, focus the lights, craft the props, prep the sound, style hair/make-up.
Program runs 8:30AM - 4:30PM daily.

Note for 6th Graders - Totally Trollwood Musical and Trollwood Children's Theatre schedules overlap and cannot be taken simultaneously. Please choose one or the other.
