Refund & Exchanges
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will take place.
Inclement Weather
- A show cancellation can occur at any point leading up to a performance. Our team is constantly reviewing the weather to ensure that all performers, audience members, volunteers, and staff are safe. The weather constantly is unpredictable and can change at a moment’s notice – never assume a cancellation until announced. Be sure to watch for updates from the ticket holder’s email.
- At first sight of lightning, the performance will be re-evaluated and canceled.
- If the show is canceled leading up to, or during the first act, rain vouchers will be issued and rebookings will be allowed for another performance.
- If the show is canceled after the first act has completed or during intermission, there will be no rebookings or rain vouchers issued.

Synopsis from Theatrical Rights Worldwide: The Addams Family, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

To make tickets more accessible this year, we’ve partnered with our vendor, FriendlySky. Each ticket will be available online through them. On the night of the performance, bring either a smart device with your tickets pulled up or printed out sheets of your tickets. If requested, we can hold your printed tickets in the box office too.

FREE Shuttle to and from Mainstage Musical
FREE shuttles will be offered for all productions of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella thanks to a partnership with the City of Moorhead MATBUS system. Shuttle parking and pickup will be located at the Azool Hornbacher’s parking lot in Moorhead before and after shows. All MATBUS riders are required to wear masks. If you do not have a mask available, MATBUS will provide one for you.

ABOUT RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN’S CINDERELLA
Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella is the new Broadway adaptation of the classic musical. This contemporary take on the classic tale features Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside a hilarious and romantic libretto by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane as well as some new characters, and surprising twists.
Originally presented on television in 1957 starring Julie Andrews, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA was twice re-made, first in 1965 for Lesley Ann Warren and then again in 1997 featuring Brandy and Whitney Houston. The original Broadway production opened in 2013 and starred Laura Osnes, Santino Fontana, Victoria Clark and Harriet Harris.
