Trollwood Performing Arts School is a program of Fargo Public Schools. Students are required to pay a program fee to help off-set the costs related to programming. Any student whose primary residence is within the Fargo Public School District is required to pay the Fargo Public School fee stated on the registration form for middle school and high school programs. Anyone outside the Fargo Public School District will pay the “All Other” fee stated above and on the registration form for middle school and high school programs.
Students may participate in multiple sessions of ArtSpark. Each session is $250.

No registration will be processed without accompanying fee payment and parent/ guardian signed registration form, unless prior arrangement has been made with the Trollwood office.
You may choose the fee payment plan that best meets your financial situation. Payment may be made in full at time of registration or you may choose one of the payment options included on the registration form. Students may apply for financial aid. To take advantage of the payment plan option, a credit card is required.
Minnesota residents may be able to deduct tuition expenses on their state income taxes. Contact your tax adviser to discuss.
Trollwood planning, hiring, purchasing, and related expenses are directly determined by the number of enrollments. Therefore, no refunds will be made for early withdrawals, student program cancellations, student-initiated course(s) cancellation, or expulsion for disciplinary reasons, except as follows:
- If a student must withdraw early because of a documented family emergency, a request for a refund (partial or full) may be considered.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class or program if needed. Fee will be refunded in full if it is the student’s only registered class or program.
