We have had to make the unfortunate decision to cancel the performance of Disney’s “Frozen” scheduled for tonight, Sunday, August 2 due to dangerous winds. Because of the safety risks these conditions could pose to our students, staff, volunteers, and audience, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s performance. This decision was not made lightly.
We are incredibly disappointed that the weather has forced us to cancel what was to be our final performance. We know that for many of our ticketholders, tonight was already a rescheduled performance after the cancellation of an earlier show. We also know many of you changed your plans so you could join us tonight. We are truly sorry that we are unable to share this final performance with you.
Ticketholders will receive an automatic refund within 7-10 business days or they will have the option to convert their purchase to a donation. The Trollwood Box Office will contact ticketholders via email with specific instructions on how to proceed.
